• This contribution introduces enhancements (mainly to DCAE platform) to support better the standard-defined openAPI onboarding (at least as a K8S configMap in DCAE)

• This contribution introduces openAPI onboarding capabilities (openAPI as an onboardig package artifact, distribution to relevant ONAP modules, ingesting in interested ONAP modules)
