as SDC user,

i want to update the OOM with the changes done in the SDC deployment,

to allow correct and stable sdc deployment using OOM.

DOD:

1. commit all sdc changes to OOM, env json templets etc.
2. review the changes with the oom team.
3. the changes are merged to OOM.
4. the sdc is successfully deployed using latest OOM code.
