SDC designer Integration part 9 - Create component that disables selected layouts

      As an ONAP SDC pub-sub user I would like to see that SDC UI is disabled until action is completed by the plug-in.

      1. Create component that disables selected layouts and using while waiting for the plug-in to complete its action.
      2. The disabled UI should be greyed out as when modal window is being displayed (like after check-in for example).

      DOD:

      1. SDC UI is disabled while waiting for the plug-in to completes its action.
      2. SDC UI is enabled right after the plug-in completes its action.
