General Description
====================
While Creating VF from VSP which has component dependency , error is displayed.

Steps To Reproduce :
====================
1. Login to ASDC
2. Create and submit VLM.
3. Create a VSP with onboarding method - NetworkPackage
4. Upload heat file (attached) and proceed it for validation.
5. Create dependency between any two components and click on + button.
6. Refresh the page (Step needed because of UI issue)
7. Submit the VSP .
8. In Home page import the VSP and click on Create VF button

Expected Behavior

User should be able to create VF.
