In the SDC Catalog plugin configuration; when real working plugin details are provided and navigated in the UI; the plugin loader doesn't finish even though the plugin has actually loaded completely in the background.

Looking in details points out that "onLoadingDone" callback of plugins-context-view is never called.

This behavior was working till last month but seems like some recent change broke it.
