SDC filenames too close to WIN 255 limit at 245 - clone fails on non OSX/Linux system

      I primarily develop on OSX and Ubuntu VM's but several of the companies use native windows systems - if you run git bash the minimum path before the sdc check out will be close to 10 chars.

      Failing to checkout SDC - because of the for example 245 length of some of the test files - these need to be shortened
