Using defined Outputs

Operation Outputs will be used in the following way:

Within Operation Screen:

1. Operation Input property assignment: currently user can assign only Input parameters
2. It should also support other operations outputs (operations of the same node)
    
   1. List of outputs per Interface.Operation 
3. TOSCA wise it should use get_operation_output method
   url: { get_operation_output: [ SELF, Standard, create, generated_url ] }
    
   which is get_operation_output: [ SELF, <interface name, <operation name>, <output property ] }

1. On Mouse over on the property(input/output parameters), UI to show the complete path(tooltip)
2. Filter output parameters based on type selection
3. On selecting the output parameter, the parameter name should have the format of interfacename.operationname.propertyname
