This JIRA ticket is a "Story" for the development in R6/Frankfurt for 5G Use Case (in SDC) for PM Dictionary & PM Schema GUI Display, e.g. from PNF Onboarded Package.

It is a R4/Dublin use case which is for the development of GUI enhancements for the SDC UI.
The generic capability for VES Event Registration has been delivered in ONAP/Dublin release, and enhanced in ONAP/El Alto.
The PM_Dictionary browser functionality comes in ONAP/ Frankfurt release, based on updated PM_Dictionary schema.

The "raw" PM Dictionary & PM schema is not very "human friendly" and this story is about developing a UI that can display this information in a more readable format.
Columns would be key fields, and each row would be a counter/measurement (a different YAML document).
