As a vendor I would like to have the ability to onboard TOSCA file.

When creating new VSP a new radio button option should be added to the Onboarding Create VSP procedure -

– Network Package

– Manual 

By selecting Network Package the vendor can decide if will upload HEAT or TOSCA CSAR
