Custom workflows are linked to a VF as operations but they don't show up in the service. When clicking on the VF inside the service, the artifacts tab should include a bpmn file, but it doesn't. See screenshots below. One screenshot shows that an operation is defined for a VF and includes a workflow. The other screenshot shows that the corresponding bpmn file is missing from the artifact list and won't be distributes. See below for environment information:
