Upgrade SDC from Titan to Janus Graph

      This Story will handle the upgrade from Titan to Janus Graph version 0.3.1.

      it will include the following :

      1. change the dependency of SDC in Titan to Janus
      2. refactor SDC code to use Janus instead of titan
      3. add a data migration script
