The POST method in the API in SDC v1/catalog/services needs to be exposed as an external API so that it can be accessed by ONAP NBI.

The Service Catalog import request will be received from the external 3rd party into NBI via POST TMF 633 (Service Catalog Open API). NBI then needs to submit the request to SDC for on-boarding the service definition. So SDC API needs to be exposed as an external API to NBI.
