Can't set property for VF

      Dublin release, image: onap/sdc-backend 1.4.1 ffcc342ec927 6 weeks ago 602MB

      During creating VF in SDC I can't set any parameter under Deployment tab.

      1. Create VF from VSP
      2. Choose Deployment tab
      3. Select VF module from right menu
      4. Expand properties
      5. Click on property name
      6. Update property value
      7. Operation fails with following dialog box:
      Error code:
Status code: 400
Bad Request

      JS debugger shows following response:

      400 Bad request
