Incorrect interface type is populated in tosca for Service proxy in Service Template

Steps: 
Create Child service 
Create a local interface operation in it (Say test_oper) 
Checkin Service 
Create another new Service 
Drag Child service to composition of Parent Service 
Download Service template of main service 
Validate interface name and type for Child service in Service template 

Expected : 
<Child Service nam>: 
          type: org.openecomp.interfaces.node.lifecycle.<Child Service name> 

Actual: 
Local 
          type: Local
