It appears that one of the SDC subprojects contains a dependency on SNAPSHOT version of onap-tosca-datatype library. This fails the deployment done via maven.
The correction is to align the dependency's version to the project one.
It seems that the only place where this particular version of onap-tosca-datatype is found is in common-be POM file. Other usages are already aligned to SDC's main version.
