The code calls CSAR.decompress() is called twice during execution which results in two decompressed folders in the temp directory for the same file.

The code could work with a single instance of the decompressed contents.

Because the folders are not being deleted fully (see SDC-249) the results in double the number of decompressed folders that are created in the temp directory.
