      Allow SDC component artifact types to be configurable, e.g. .

      The configuration.yaml ( artifacts-config-on-configuration.yaml ) file used in SDC catalog has artifact types, but the code is using the enum "org.openecomp.sdc.common.api.ArtifactTypeEnum" to check if the types are allowed instead of looking what is configured.

      That applies also for the types being loaded on the UI.
