as a PTL i want the onboarding key spaces to be created dynamically on docker start-up.

currently, the key space DOX and zusammen are hard coded.

use existing scripts to generate the cqlsh script representing the dox keyspace creation and alteration of that key space.

DOD:

1. the needed cqlsh should be created during the build process.
2. on ducker startup, the new scripts will be executed.
3. the docker starts up can upgrade the key space.
