As VNF owner, I whould like to be able to create Entitlement Pool and define the entitlement type

• Type field shall be added into the Create and Edit Entitlement UI top right corner (same location as exists in Create LKG screen)
• Threshold Units and Threshold Value should be located on the same row (same location as exists in Create LKG screen)
• Start Date and Expiry Date should be moved to be between Threshold Value and Increments (same location as exists in Create LKG screen)

Field should be a drop-down box and located above Threshold Units and value fields

Type field should be handled as mandatory field (Behavior should be same as done for 'Type' field in Create License Key Group UI)

Valid values for EP Type, should be added .
Dev guideline - please handle this similar as License-Key-Group type valid values
Values: “Universal”, “One-Time”, and “Unique”
No default value!

Save
Save should be disabled if one of the mandatory properties are not assigned (exists behavior – validate it apply also for the new Type field)

Upon Save, FE shall send to BE the Entitlement information along with the selected type, using the Post Entitlement API.
