Enable by configuration which global type file should be added to the generated CSAR

      We have noticed that the annotations.yml file is not complaint to TOSCA grammar and it is only required for HEAT onboarding.

      The proposed solution will not change the actual behavior but it allows to configure which global type file will be added to the generated CSAR
