SDC-BE can be configured:

• At design time by editing catalog-be/sdc-backend/chef-repo/cookbooks/sdc-catalog-be/templates/default/BE-configuration.yaml.erb
• At runtime by editing /var/lib/jetty/config/catalog-be/configuration.yaml

However you cannot set it at deployment time, which means you need to either set the configuration at design time or else set it each time you start up SDC.

It would be very useful to be able set the configuration at deployment time in the helm chart. This would allow us to specify a SDC configuration applied at deployment time to all instances of SDC without the need to fork the design time configuration or update configurations at runtime
