Fix "not running Junit5 tests"-issue

      Due to conflict between TestNG and Junit runners, junit5 tests do not run in modules where TestNG present

      This ticket aim to provide workaround for this problem.

      As long-term solution would be migrate all TestNG tests to Juint5 (at least in modules where this 'mix' exists).
      Here is list of affected modules:

      • asdctool
      • openecomp-be
