Goal:
The SDC-BE will be enhanced to accept new distribution notification format.
We need to make sure, that the SDC-FE will be able to properly display such notifications in Distribution Status page.

CoS:

1. The SDC-FE is adapted to host the Status and Message fields of a Service Model distribution notification

• Within a specific notification receiver "table" a new column is added, called "Message"
• This new column contents are empty, when old SDC-Client is used, or empty string delivered in "Message" structure
• Otherwise, the contents of "Message" field are displayed as a string
• Use text wrapping for the Message column

1. For each receiver there is a smaller window, where different notification states are displayed

• The Status and Message shall be included there
• As a separator, the ": " can be used, e.g: "DISTRIBUTION_FAILED: VES_Event_Registration artifact is empty"
• SDC-FE tests updated, esp. GUI tests

If there is any SDC documentation on the Distribution screen, then this documentation needs to be updated
