Within this task, the following requirement needs to be met (planned as a stretch goal in Guilin, but not completed then):

To be corrected in SDC (stretch goal): the creation of the Vendor Licensing Model (VLM) is changed to be an optional step. It needs to be optional because: the xNF license management related artifacts, created during onboarding, are not applicable for the xNF license management solution presented in this material.

There will be a toggle (e.g. radio buttons) to select internal/external licensing for a VSP creation.
In case of internal selected – all functionality works as today.
In case of external selected, the Internal license settings will be re-set, and internal licensing is not really used.
