When a VSP is onboarded containing an artifact in a node template where the artifact has properties, currently the properties do not survive the process of onboarding and importing the VSP resulting in the properties being missing from the artifact in the node template definition in the generated VF csar topology template.

This story is to make the necessary changes in onboarding and VF import logic to handle the node template artifact properties.
