When updating an artifact type, sdc-be code fetches the existing derived from types, however an error in the code means it is actually looking for the derived from type from the update rather than the existing one. Where the updated derived from type does not exist in the DB an error is thrown.

Also, artifact types definition file should be ordered so any type an artifact type is derived from is deployed first
