SDC onboarding to verify if a VSP is used in a VF in SDC-BE before proceeding with the deletion of a VSP (endpoint VendorSoftwareProducts::deleteVsp). 

If the VSP is in use in a VF an appropriate error message is displayed to the user to indicate the VF must first be deleted (including identifying information for the VF in question).

An existing endpoint in sdc-be can be used to check if a VF exists that is created from the VSP: /sdc2/rest/v1/catalog/resources/csar/{csaruuid} in ResourcesServlet::getResourceFromCsar

This is backend impact only to update logic in existing delete endpoint
