In the composition screen, selecting a node that has an interface operation, when the interface operation is edited on the right side tabs, after the save button is clicked no spinner animation is shown. There is no feedback if the action was completed or not.

Add a spinner, either on the modal or the interface operation tab to give that feedback.

Update the org.onap.sdc.frontend.ci.tests.pages.component.workspace.InterfaceDefinitionOperationsModal#updateInterfaceOperation to wait for that in the integration tests during the update action.
