When a service model in SDC contains mutliple VF models, and each uses a seperate CBA, when the service is distributed, CDS does not receive all the CBAs, but only one.

We onboarded multiple VSPs , each containing a Helm package and a CBA zipfile. Only one CBA was distributed to CDS.
