In certain situations the UI is not showing the correct directives that have been added to a VFC. The directives are listed in the TOSCA template correctly and when the service is checked in / out , the correct directives are listed in the UI.

i.e. 

Add an organization VFC

Add two directives - instantiate , substitute, & Apply

Click on some other VFC's on the canvas

Go back to organization VFC and remove substitute directive

Click on some other VFC's on the canvas

Click on organization VFC and both instantiate , substitute are displayed

In TOSCA template only the instantiate is listed as expected
