When a property of a component instance/policy/group is selected on the right hand side of the composition view, the "Update Property" modal is displayed:

This story is to add support to this modal for get_property tosca function.

Add a radio button (or similar) above the "Default Value" to pick between "Value" and "TOSCA function"
When "Value" is selected, behaviour shall be as current
When "TOSCA function" is selected new behaviour shall be as follows:

• Display the following
  • "TOSCA function" drop down list containing value "get_property"
  • "Source" drop down list, containing "SELF" and the component instances in the component
  • "Property" drop down list containing the properties from the select element in source that are of the same type as the property being set

Add all necessary handling to persist the value as selected and render it correctly in the generated TOSCA.
Note the above modal is also used in the Properties view when a VFC is selected. The above changes should not appear in this case.
