It shall be possible to add a node filter property to a node template in a Service. export that service, import the csar as a new service. The node filter property and its value shall be re-created in the new service.

Currently import of static node filter property values of simple type works correctly but static values of complex type, get_property or get_input values the value is lost during import. See attached csar as example
