It is currently possible to add an interface operation to a VFC in SDC UI, however there is no means to delete the interface operation through the UI (a user might want to delete for example if they created incorrectly).

This story is to add delete button in the UI and all handling to delete the operation. There already exists an endpoint which may be possible to re-use (this needs to be investigated further to confirm)
