Select a Catalog Item -> Under 'General' select 'Properties Assignment' - > Inputs

The 'Value' field sometimes appears overlayed with the 'Discard' field. Typically seen when the window pane is re-sized (shrunk). This issue is reported in chrome and firefox

The 'Value' field doesn't seem to resize properly.

Only resizing the window fixes the issue
