When importing a service on the General page the Save button is disabled if validation fails, but there is no indication of why.

For example, if you export a service and import again the name will be invalid as there is already a service with the same name (i.e. the exported service) - 

• Changing the name allows the service to be created.
• Change the name back to the duplicated name and an error is displayed "Name already exists" that informs the user of the issue. This message is not displayed initially. The purpose of this story is for such error messages to be displayed to the user when the General page is first loaded
