When importing a service csar which contains capability property based node filter(s) the import fails with an error.

During parsing of the capabilities of a node template a recursive search for "capabilities" is performed resulting in the capabilities of the node template being returned but also the capabilities on the node filter. Only the capabilities on the node template should be returned
