Artifact are incorectly passed

      when you try to place artifacts in the csar package being onboard,

      after the CSAR parsing, the CSAR passed for import places the artifact incorrectly.

      example:

      orginal /artifacts/file.zip -> recived /artifacts/artifacts/file.zip

      orginal /artifacts/OTHER/file.zip -> recived /artifacts/artifacts/OTHER/file.zip
