      as part of our efforts to support the csar onboarding and certification we need to assist in aligning all the CSARs for the volte use case.

      this link containes all the CSARS provide to SDC.

      we need to review them check there syntax and add any normative that  are missing in SDC

      DOD:

      1. each CSAR provided should pass onboarding and certification.
      2. all findings will be updated in our wiki page
      3. validated CSAR's should be added to the sanity for regression testing.
