While trying to digest service distributed by SDC, SO tried to populate network_resource table, which is dependent on temp_network_heat_template_lookup table. 

The table in SO maps a NETWORK_RESOURCE_MODEL_NAME to a HEAT_TEMPLATE_ARTIFACT_UUID.

The values for NETWORK_RESOURCE_MODEL_NAME have to match the modelNames for a VL (network resource) modeled in SDC.

The HEAT_TEMPLATE_ARTIFACT_UUID value is the record key identifying a network heat template in the SO catalog database. Network heat templates are not distributed by SDC, so these must be manually inserted into the SO database.

Once we know the NETWORK_RESOURCE_MODEL_NAME and have identified the HEAT_TEMPLATE_ARTIFACT_UUID that goes with it, then we can insert the necessary record in the temp_network_heat_template_lookup table.

It might be appropriate for the SO installation scripts to automatically pre-populate the network heat templates and the lookup table entries, but I don't have the information.

Since both NETWORK_RESOURCE_MODEL_NAME and HEAT_TEMPLATE_ARTIFACT_UUID  can only be known at time of SDC Modelling, can you help us understand how the mapping to understand how mentioned table can be populated?
