SDC is creating a framework for onboarding new designers.

the framework will allow the addition of new designers regardless of the UI language chosen.

create a logic for adding new designers and their server location, the configuration should be runtime editable.

the configuration will include the designer name as will be shown in the ui, it will include the location of the server and port of the designer ui and it will provide a path for retrieving the ui interface.

the fe will expose an api for retrieving the designer info.

when the request is received the FE will check if the designer is available based on a head request to the designer.

if the response is received the designer info will be included in the response request.

DOD:

1. define and add a new configuration for the designer servers.
2. the configuration should be runtime editable.
3. the api is exposed and provides corect information
4. unit tests are added to the devloped logic.
