The Docker plugin configuration in utils/webseal-simulator/pom.xml contains "\" as part of dockerFileDir. This prevents it from working on Linux.

Also the Maven phases used to build a Docker image seem incorrect. This results in "mvn clean install -P docker" failing because target/WSSimulator.war doesn't exists. At the same time "mvn install -P docker" without "clean" works fine.
