SDC is creating a framework for onboarding new designers.

the framework will allow the addition of new designers regardless of the UI language chosen.

using the api defined in SDC-687 add UI logic to execute the rest call on startup and add the buttons.

on click, the buttons should use the provided info to open an iframe with the designer content

DOD:

1. the buttons are displayed according to the api call.
2. the iframe is populated successfully according to the button chosen.
