We are running a build of SDC in our local build system.

We are using the same configurations as on ONAP slaves.

But, catalog-be tests fail always.

From looking at the build flow on ONAP and ours it seems that the tests are running in different order.

I have also ran the build on a third build system - same: build run in different order then the other 2.
