As a Developer

I want to be able to deploy SDC on my developer environment(Vagrant) after the docker modifications done to support OOM/K8 deployment so that i will be able to develop SDC locally.

DOD:

1. check what options are available for K8 on vagrant (OOM vs k8 native vs other solution).
2. The solution needs to be memory aware ( should use as little ram as possible).
3. add support according to research to our vagrant.
4. our dockers are able to deploy on the local machine.
5. the changes done are committed back to the vagrant so that SDC developers will be able to deploy SDC.
