I want to update the Chef deployment, remove all unneeded code and update the scripts. so that

fix all the items identified during the Chef script review by DevOps.

DOD:

1. remove the use of sed and echo on the chef recipe use env variables instead.
2. remove the use of the default RB.
3. align the solo execution to use one action list(chef-solo -c solo.rb -E AUTO).
4. remove the user hard coded values.
5. remove unused files chef-install.sh etc..
6. remove and update the recipe and update numbering.
