as a PTL,

I want to align the SDC-TITAN-CASSANDRA packages,

so that SDC-TITAN-CASSANDRA will have the same namespace as the ONAP project.

DOD:

1. update the pom file and change the artifact id.
2. validate the project compiles successfully. 
3. update the sdc projects using this artifact(sdc) with the new dependency.
4. update the artifact version in pom and properties version.
5. the code compiles and unit tests pass.
6. create a release version.
