SDC is creating a framework for onboarding new designers.

the framework will allow the addition of new designers regardless of the UI language chosen.

 after the design review, the following modifications were requested.

DOD:

1. change the definitions across the implementation from the designer -> plugin
2. the SDC user role should be added to the context passed in all cases.
3. the FE server configuration should be enhanced to allow the definition of roles in which the plugin is displayed.
4. the ui need to support this functionality.
5. enhance the context definition to VF/SERVICE, in the future this my support cp vl etc.
6. remove the use of host/ip/protocol in favor of a single url.
7. update a configuration with discovery URL and plugin url.
