The current implementation of SDC Parser is expecting CSAR file in input whereas the underlying JTosca supports both individual Yamls and CSARs.

The ask here is to just initialize the metaproperties variable with an empty collection. By doing this SDC Parser will take full benefit of underlying JTosca and can be used to parse individual Yaml files.
