During integration testing SO calls vnf-topology-operation and gets a success. This was in instegration-sb0 environment.

SDNC  is getting an error when it tries to saving the vnf data to md-sal   "Data did not pass validation"

SO querys for the vnf-api:vnfs/vnf-list/<vnf-id> and the vnf-id is not found (this leads to a invalid heat environment file data since we dont over ride with the preload data from sdnc)

The vnfs tree does exist and can be queried for other vnf's so not sure if its something wrong with the preload that isnt detected to this step or somehting else going on.
