ODL_ADMIN_PASSWORD is not set as new password if idmlight.db.mv.db already exists,

which is the case in the actual sdnc-container caused by injecting this db in odlsli

So normally two fixes are needed:

• adapt startODL.sh so that if env ODL_REMOVEIDMDB is set to true (default) idmlight.db.mv.db is removed
• remove idmlight.db.mv injection in odlsli dist
